Shutts & Bowen LLP partners Peter Levitt and Vincent Alexander represented client INB, N.A. in a complex and successful Chapter 11 reorganization proceeding involving several related companies in the senior care industry.

On June 16, 2025, CWGL Holdings, L.L.C and its affiliates – operating as Senior Nannies Home Care Service – completed their Chapter 11 reorganization in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.  Peter and Vincent represented the secured lender, INB.  INB provided post-petition financing and continues to be the lender to the reorganized companies. The reorganization marked the successful completion of a complex restructuring aimed at growth and expansion of INB’s borrowers and resolved major litigation between INB’s borrowers and a third party that threatened the continued success of INB’s borrowers.

The complex bankruptcy matter involved twelve different borrower entities, several lines of business, and several separate lines of credit and term loan facilities.  Peter and Vincent guided INB through the bankruptcy process, including the sale of a portion of the borrowers businesses and the confirmation of a Chapter 11 plan. They protected INB’s interests throughout, helping INB obtain full repayment through restructured loans.  The bankruptcy judge, the Hon. Scott Grossman commented that the case was a highly complex one that was successfully resolved through the hard work and cooperation of the principal parties including INB.
