Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tampa and Sarasota offices have been recognized once again by The Tampa Bay Business Journal as a ‘2026 Best Place to Work’ honoree in the large business category.
The 60 selected companies in the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s ‘Best Places to Work’ are categorized into size groups, from small (10-24 employees) to extra-large (100+ employees). Rankings for the honorees are determined by a third-party service which surveys employees from companies to be evaluated for communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, team dynamics and trust in leadership.
“We are honored to once again be recognized by Best Places to Work,” said Amanda Buffington, Managing Partner of Shutts & Bowen’s Tampa Office. “Shutts is committed to fostering a workplace built on collaboration, trust, and professional growth, one where our team members feel supported and empowered to do their best work.”
“This distinction highlights our shared focus on creating a positive culture that encourages teamwork and excellence across every level of our organization,” added E. Zachary Rans, Managing Partner of the firm’s Sarasota office.
The TBBJ’s final rankings will be revealed at the ‘2026 Best Places to Work’ event on April 30, 2026, at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.
