A member of The Florida Bar since 2018, Martha is based in the Shutts & Bowen Miami office and leverages more than 20 years of experience in her role within the International Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group. Her practice focuses on counseling companies on intricate international business transactions and navigating complex litigation matters. Fluent in Spanish, Ferral counsels her international clients, providing expert guidance on their legal interests and disputes within the United States.

Ashlyn is based in the Shutts & Bowen Tampa office, where she applies her knowledge within the Business Litigation Practice Group to resolve complex commercial disputes across a diverse range of industries. Her strategic approach to litigation is deeply informed by her prestigious clerkship with the Honorable Mary S. Scriven and her internship with the Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli, both in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
