Ryan Reinert, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP Tampa office, was recently appointed to serve as a member of the steering committee for the 41st Annual Michael G. Williamson View from the Florida Bankruptcy Bench Programs, presented by The Florida Bar Business Law Section.
As a member of the steering committee, Ryan and his fellow members will operate as an advisory board, making strategic decisions to see to it that the objectives of the program are met. The seminar is one of the signature events of the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar. United States Bankruptcy Judge Michael Williamson was founder of the seminar prior to his appointment to the bench and served as Program Chair until 2022. When he passed away in November 2022, the Business Law Section renamed the seminar in his honor.
