Robert "Bobby" N. Cardenas is a Senior Associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Financial Services Practice Group. Robert focuses on assisting financial institutions in structuring, documenting, and securitizing commercial lending transactions. Robert represents both borrowers and lenders in a diverse range of secured and unsecured finance transactions, which include complex cross-border commercial lending facilities, corporate finance transactions, acquisition financings, private credit facilities, mezzanine financings, and asset-based lending transactions.
