Shutts & Bowen LLP Miami partner and Co-Chair of the Financial Services Practice Group, Peter Rahaghi, recently co-moderated a Financial & International Business Association (FIBA) Legal and Regulatory Affairs Committee panel discussion alongside Marina Olman-Pal of Greenberg Traurig and leadership from the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (OFR). Held on Tuesday, June 3, attendees had the unique opportunity to connect directly with OFR leaders and hear from them regarding key issues affecting banks and other financial institutions operating in Florida.

This evening of conversation and connection included updates on regulatory and compliance expectations and insight into current examination priorities, fair access laws, cybersecurity, AI, crypto-asset activities, and third-party risk management.
