Michael A. Tessitore II, an attorney in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Orlando office, recently served on a panel at the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association’s (CFBLA) 31st Annual Seminar, held at FAMU College of Law on May 16, 2025.
Michael participated with his co-panelists during a portion of the seminar, titled “Trial Practice and Evidence Tips,” discussing the Federal Rules of Evidence and tips and strategies for admitting relevant materials into evidence at trial. CLE credits were offered to attendees.
