Jennifer Perez, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Miami office, was recently named a Mediator for the American Health Law Association (AHLA).

As a mediator, Jennifer will work with each party throughout the entirety of the mediation process, helping facilitate a resolution starting with the pre-mediation conference, during the mediation, and through the execution of the settlement agreement.

Jennifer is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Circuit Court Mediator.
