
Ella Shenhav, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tampa office, recently presented before members of Stetson University College of Law’s Data, Antitrust, and Privacy Legal Organization (DAPLO) on April 27, 2026.
During her presentation, Ella discussed the importance of cybersecurity and related data protection laws, with an emphasis on legal obligations in the event of a data breach. She also detailed the current legal landscape of privacy and data protection, including emerging cybersecurity issues. Ella’s presentation highlighted that privacy and data protection is a rapidly growing, high-stakes frontier with expanding legal career opportunities.
