
Shutts & Bowen Miami/Fort Lauderdale partner David Coviello successfully advised Carrfour Supportive Housing in securing February zoning approval for Phase 1 of a redevelopment project in the City of Miami.
This first phase will deliver 75 affordable supportive housing units, replacing existing units originally built in the 1940s and 1950s. The redevelopment marks an important step in modernizing critical housing infrastructure while continuing to serve communities in need.
Carrfour Supportive Housing is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing stable, supportive housing solutions across Florida. Today, it serves more than 6,000 residents through approximately 2,000 units statewide.

David Coviello is a partner in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Land Use Practice Group.
