Brian, who previously served as First Vice Chair of the committee, said “I am grateful for all that I have learned on this committee and look forward to serving as Chair, continuing to build upon the strong foundation that has already been established.”
The committee serves to educate the Business Law Section and The Florida Bar membership about substantive computer and technology law issues, cases and statutes. The committee also offers periodic CLEs and practice guides on a variety of new topics and matters that are pertinent to the practice areas represented by the Committee.
