Brett Renton, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Orlando office, recently spoke at the Florida Airports Council Education and Training Summit on May 7, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

During the per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) panel, Brett and his co-panelists addressed the multi-district litigation involving per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), as well as airport updates concerning PFAS management, best practices, and future expectations moving forward.
