
Orlando Business Litigation partner Benjamin Elliott recently concluded his term as President of the Orlando Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
During Ben’s term as President, the Orlando Chapter sponsored or assisted with over thirty different events, including CLEs for area attorneys and law students, courthouse visits for Central Florida students, and naturalization ceremonies for new U.S. citizens. This year, and during Ben’s time as chapter President, the national Federal Bar Association selected the Orlando Chapter to receive the Presidential Excellence Award in recognition of the chapter’s work. According to the organization, Presidential Excellence Awards are awarded to chapters that excel in all areas and surpass the chapter requirements.
Ben will continue to work with the Orlando Chapter as, following his tenure as President, he was named as the chapter’s National Delegate. In his new role, Ben will serve as a connection between the local Orlando chapter and the national organization.
