The panel discussion, “Ground Leases: The Good, the Bad and the Uncertain,” held at the RPPTL Convention on May 29 in Orlando, provided valuable insights and takeaways on ground leases. Art covered topics such as key provisions, leasehold mortgages, rent adjustment issues, and drafting tips. CLE credits were offered to attendees.
