
Madison Gardiner
Overview
Madison Gardiner maintains a broad commercial litigation practice, representing plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes disputes at all stages of litigation. Frequently drawing on her experience with financial products, Madison has litigated a wide range of federal and state court cases and arbitrations across the country, including antitrust, contract, and trade secret matters.
Before joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, Madison practiced as a financial restructuring associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in New York, where she represented creditors’ committees and other clients in complex chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to embarking on her career in the law, Madison worked on financial product analytics at Bloomberg L.P., advising clients on market analytics, asset-backed security structuring, and other issues.
