Kathryn Arnett
Overview
Kathryn Arnett represents clients in a broad array of complex commercial litigation matters.
While attending The University of Texas School of Law, Kathryn gained wide-ranging experience through internships with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor, the consumer law unit of CAMBA Legal Services, and a New York-based employment litigation boutique. She also served as an Academic Assistant and Research Assistant to Professor William E. Forbath, a member of the Advanced Civil Rights Clinic and Transnational Worker Rights Clinic, and a Staff Editor on the Texas Journal on Civil Liberties & Civil Rights.
Prior to joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, Kathryn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cheryl L. Pollak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
