Ariella Kahan

Ariella Kahan represents parties in complex commercial litigation and internal investigations. She graduated from Harvard College, summa cum laude, and Harvard Law School, magna cum laude, where she served as a research assistant to professors Robert Sitkoff and Maureen Brady and as a student attorney for the Prison Legal Assistance Project. During law school, she won the Sears Prize for having one of the two highest second-year grade point averages as well as the Project on Foundations of Private Law Prize for the best student paper on a private law topic. She also interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Rhode Island.

Ariella first joined HSG prior to law school as a paralegal and worked as a summer associate in 2023. Her admission to the New York Bar is pending.

• Various affiliates of Chubb in nationwide litigation with manufacturers and distributors of opioids, and national pharmacy chains that sold opioids, over insurance coverage for over 3,000 lawsuits brought by governmental entities across the country.
