
Aaron P. Mattis
Overview
Aaron Mattis’s commercial litigation practice draws on wide-ranging experience that includes bankruptcy adversary proceedings, white-collar criminal defense, and government investigations. Aaron has represented plaintiffs and defendants including Fortune 100 companies, CEOs of publicly traded companies, and private investment funds in disputes involving alleged securities fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, and other causes of action. He has extensive experience in federal and state courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery. Aaron also has extensive pro bono experience, including in the areas of capital defense and immigrants’ rights.
Before joining Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, Aaron served as a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
