Daniel Sullivan to Speak on a Federal Bar Council Panel “2024 Supreme Court Preview”

New York—On the eve of the Supreme Court's 2024-25 term, HSG partner Daniel Sullivan will speak on the Federal Bar Council’s annual Supreme Court Preview panel to discuss the significant developments from last term and preview the major cases on the Court's docket. His fellow panelists are Professor Gillian Metzger of Columbia Law School and Alexandra A.E. Shapiro, Esq., Shapiro Arato Back LLP. The Honorable Paul A. Engelmayer will serve as moderator.

Dan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Antonin Scalia of the United States Supreme Court during October Term 2009, and to Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain of the Ninth Circuit. He has served as a panelist for the Federal Bar Council’s Supreme Court Preview each year since 2018, and recently joined the prestigious advisory board of the Institute of Judicial Administration at NYU School of Law.
