Daniel Sullivan to Speak on Federal Bar Council Panel Previewing the 2025-26 Supreme Court Term

New York— With the U.S. Supreme Court's 2025-26 term beginning soon, Holwell Shuster & Goldberg partner Daniel Sullivan will speak on the Federal Bar Council’s annual Supreme Court Preview panel. Alongside fellow panelists Professor Gillian Metzger of Columbia Law School and Alexandra A.E. Shapiro, Esq. of Shapiro Arato Back LLP, Dan will discuss the significant developments from last term and preview the major cases on the Court's docket. The Honorable Paul A. Engelmayer of the Southern District of New York will serve as moderator.

Dan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Antonin Scalia during October Term 2009, and to Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain of the Ninth Circuit. He has served as a panelist for the Federal Bar Council’s Supreme Court Preview each year since 2018, and is a member of the prestigious advisory board of the Institute of Judicial Administration at NYU School of Law.
