Tax Court Permits Examination of Predeceased Spouse for Purposes of DSUE Adjustment
The concept of “portability” was introduced into the Internal Revenue Code (“IRC”) pursuant to the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010.
